We ship across India for free, on orders of any size. Your piece is wrapped in hand-pressed cotton paper and tucked into a hand-stamped kraft box.

• Orders are dispatched within 3 working days
• Delivery takes 5–7 working days within India
• International shipping available on request — write to us

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Custom orders are final sale. We don't refund shipping on returns.

Caring for terracotta

Terracotta is delicate, and that's part of its beauty. A few small habits will keep your piece looking new:

• Remove before bathing, swimming, or applying perfume
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing
• Store in the cotton pouch it arrived in, away from direct sunlight
• If a bead loosens, send it to us — we restring for free

Repairs, for life

If anything ever breaks — a thread snaps, a clay pendant chips, a clasp gives way — send it back to us. We'll mend it for free, and pay the return shipping. Always.
